You may view a HealthCast using either RealPlayer or Windows Media Player. If you wish to use Windows Media Player, you will first have to make sure it is installed on your computer. For best results you should view with the most recent version of Windows Media Player (currently version 7.1.) For best results, you should view with version 3.0 or greater of Netscape Navigator and version 5.0 or higher of Windows Explorer.
